I took my car in for a simple pink slip, Igor called me about 10 minutes after I dropped it off and I thought, this cannot be good news. Igor found a problem with the gasket and oil or whatever, I don’t understand these things. I had to bring my car back and he would need to keep it for the whole day. So when I rushed back to the workshop I asked him straight out, do I need to sell my kidney? Always assured of professional service and attention to detail.
The experience was very good. The team was very friendly. They put things upfront. They told me that they would tell me if there is an extra job to do before they do the job. Before I pick up the car, there was guy came and told me the conditions of the car, and I have the chance to ask questions about it. The process of the service was outlined in a detailed report. The transparency was good. The only thing is they recommend a service every 6 months which my previous mechanic recommended once per year.
Great and friendly service.
