It was so nice to walk into your shop and being help by such friendly staff. The three wheeler walker that I purchased was adjusted to my height, breaks were adjusted as well for easier control for my arthritic hands. It was great to be offered a free service in six months. Excellent customer service was given.

I received excellent assistance when I visited B Smart Living Caringbah yesterday. I had an idea of equipment that I would like to look at purchasing or hiring to assist me after my upcoming knee surgery, and was shown various options for consideration.
