First time there. Had to get fitted for my stockings. Felt very comfortable being there. Staff were very friendly and professional. Very helpful.
I turned up unannounced at B Smart. However I recommend you make an appointment. This business is in high demand. Jennifer was incredibly helpful in getting my pressure stockings sorted & actually had what I needed in stock - though you can’t expect that things won’t have to be ordered in.
Me and my mum Lucy had consultation with Kerry about compression stockings. It was a great experience meeting Kerry. She is a very good professional: everything was clear, simple and explained in detail.Kerry took all the measurements with great attention and showed how to put on the knee socks and take care of them. We felt very calm and asked all the questions that interested us. Thank you so much and I highly recommend Smart Living as a great store with wonderful staff.

The elder lady (long blond-ish hair) that assisted was very helpful, polite and accomodating despite the fact that I thought I was just coming to buy a stocking rather then be fitted. Considering the business of the morning and trying to fit me last minute she was kind and professional, something that you don’t see much of these days. The stocking sp far has been good. Thank you
