We recently had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with a tenant who decided to stop paying rent. Carol from Award Group Real Estate used all her skills as an extremely knowledgeable property manager to navigate through all the necessary steps that had to be taken to have the tenant evicted. She then advised us regarding finding a new tenant as quickly as possible. We cannot fault Carol or the team at Award Group Real Estate. Their property management team are exceptional.
