As always, time and time again for the past 5 years of my association with the Award Group, they continually prove to be a most professional and efficient organisation - an organisation who CARES. A couple of days ago, I placed one call to the West Ryde branch, left one message and 3 staff members called me back within 15 minutes! Could not be happier and more satisfied with Award Group’s customer service!
Friendly and efficient
My experience with all the staff at Award was incredible! Their knowledge was exceptional & they were very prompt with communication. One open home and our house was leased by Lochlan, doing a perfect job. An extremely excellent mannered young man. The photographs Shanay presented was perfection & the house description was accurate and very professional. I would strongly recommend Lochlan and Shanay to anyone. Award Group is always a pleasure to deal with and I believe more real estate agents should be like them.
The assistance provided by Gary and the Award Group team was wonderful. They helped us with every inquiry we had and kept us up to date with managing our property. They took good care of our property and would strongly recommended to others in the area.
We were looking to purchase a home in Melrose Park/West Ryde area, we met David at a few open homes along the way, he was always warm, welcoming and easy to talk to. The property we ended up purchasing was through David, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.
