I was seen same day. Staff was very welcoming. The examination and treatment I received was very professional I was confident and trusted I would benefit from the treatment received.
Definitely a plus that they allow communication via text and email as this is far easier for my hearing impairment and when juggling a newborn. It’s the little considerations that go a long way. It feels good to have a plan to manage my injury. Looking forward to my next appointment.
