Machines are always dirty and never maintained. Blinds quite often broken. Toilets stink

My wife and I dropped in today to ask about joining. We asked twice about the basic cost involved, we were told both times that there are many options and that price is dependent on our fitness goals. We were required to fill out a form with our personal information and goals before hearing any prices. Once filled out we were told there are only two options: for a 12 month and an 18 month membership. Not exactly based on fitness goals. So rumour has it that membership prices are going to be increased per month, whether its for all members I am unsure at this point as mine hasn't changed yet but regardless we pay our memberships month in and month out for what exactly? A poorly maintained gym thats well below average? Half the cardio equipment doesn't work and hasn't for months, the bearings on the leg press machine have had it so it no longer slides smoothly and sometimes gets stuck mid rep which is super dangerous especially with the amount of weight asso... read more
Doors locked. Can't enter club today
Issues signing up, eventually got it sorted nicely. then attended of a night time.... no Air Con, a few fans, most of which are switched off or on low... unacceptable in summer, would not recommend joining for new years resolution until after summer. additionally have been harassed a few times about how long I am going to be on weight machines(then people hovering until im done my 10 minutes) and have found sauce on them once.... not really the gyms fault, but its quite annoying.... haven't had it at other gyms
