The gym is honestly so great and staff are always nice. It was a breeze to sign up and when I first joined the gym near the end of my month being there they called to check up on my progress. I’ve also had emails telling me to not forget about them or that I was doing good when I was being consistent, when I was in a bit of a slump and honestly i took it as a reminder that I should get back to the gym grind.
