Recommended4 yrs ago, I joined the gym for the first time in over 15 years...really enjoying myself. Everything is clean & tidy...the staff are friendly. I was a bit nervous going a couple of times & realising I was the only female, but there's nothing to worry about. Everyone is there for the same reason... to work out & get fit. Brendon, my PT is awesome - friendly, supportive & really great at his job. Joining was the best decision I've made :-)
