After I had called as an emergency breakdown, Andrew came to my house to make sure the car would get as far as his workshop (12kms) . When I arrived, the staff were expecting me and immediately set about finding the cause of the problem. Before giving me a quote for the repair work, a mechanic rang around to find the best price for a replacement. Everyone was friendly, keeping me informed and respectful of my circumstances. The car is performing well and I have booked another repair that the mechanic found needed doing.
