Booked in at 8 am, we were on time, and told it would take two hours. Went back at one o’clock because we had business in town and work was just starting. Went home. Telephone call to come at 4 15. Arrived on time. Wasn’t ready. Finally left at 4 .45. If it was going to take all day would like to be informed prior.
Not impressed about the fact they didn't change an indicator globe when I specifically asked, it seemed too hard for them to reach apparently.
