Broke a large back in half,lost the cap that had been Holding it together, arrived at the Dentist expecting a long delay in getting a mould ready etc but No, they looked up my past history on the computer Had the details and had it ready for me. No fuss no mess all very good Would never consider going anywhere else for Dental work, well done all the staff
