I really can't say I loved it, (I never love visiting a dentist), but the visit was extremely well handled by all staff. I am really scared of dentists as a result of childhood experiences, but the ladies who assisted Hayden and Hayden himself were marvelous - kind, caring and chatty. Thank you. I really did appreciate the care taken by all. Staff at the front desk were also most helpful, The one thing I'd like to say - visiting the dentist is hugely expensive for pensioners like me. Dr Jarryd Chapman took extra time to explain everything I needed to know about the procedure which made me feel more comfortable about the treatment. He is always patient, calm and professional which helps to put me at ease as I am a nervous patient. Before the treatment Amy explained exactly what was about to take place and she really made me feel more calm and comfortable. The receptionists are always friendly a welcoming. I would be happy to recommend this practice.
