This service failed to tell us that she had both parties in our purchase which is a conflict of interest. They never call you back. Day of settlement made a huge mistake causing massive stress and never apologised for her mistake. Took a week to sent through final lot of paperwork to us after settlement. Very rude Under estimated greatly the allowance of water bill from previous owner
