Our friendly team is passionate about property, bringing a combined experience of over 150 years to the work we do with our clients. Having worked in the legal and banking industries for over 30 years in May 2018, Directors Marie & Sharon started Adroit Conveyancing and in December 2021 purchased Woodend business Fairhurst Conveyaning from retiring conveyancing legend, Sue Fairhurst. We have embraced the digital world and can complete conveyancing for Victorian properties from anywhere in the world.

We used Adroit Conveyancing for selling our property and to assist with a potential property purchase.
