Having worked in the legal and banking industries for over 30 years in May 2018, Directors Marie & Sharon started Adroit Conveyancing and in December 2021 purchased Woodend business Fairhurst Conveyaning from retiring conveyancing legend, Sue Fairhurst. We have embraced the digital world and can complete conveyancing for Victorian properties from anywhere in the world.

Great service
Unfortunately settlement money was handed over without keys being handed back till 4 days later (and only 1 key out of 3), contrary to court orders stating money and keys to be dealt with at the same time.
