Weijia had a great experience with Tom at the 3P Solar help desk. He was incredibly patient and helpful while I dealt with my solar panels being offline. Tom took the time to explain the troubleshooting steps clearly, and his calm demeanor made the process much easier. Thanks to his support, my panels are back up and running smoothly. Highly recommend reaching out to him for any issues!
The solar battery install was really good. Everything went smoothly, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
