3D Energy did a neat professional job of installing our Solar and Battery system. The service was very quick and the knowledge shared invaluable to choosing the system options best for our needs. Our roofing style (decromastic) is difficult to work on - refused by many installers due to risk of damage. 3D Energy were very diligent in caring for our roof throughout the install. I was 100% satisfied. The service appointment was made some weeks ago and as promised I received a message a couple of days prior to the date that the service team was coming. Appointment was carried out in the time allocated, service and clean was attended quickly, efficiency and without any Issues. Staff were very obliging, courteous and answered honestly the many questions we asked about the system.

I couldn't fault the service from 3D Energy. The explanations given for my needs in originally installing solar panels, and most recently a battery for them to maintain power in blackouts, was thorough and exceptional. The electricians were on time, polite, friendly, accommodating, efficient, left the place clean and tidy, and didn't play music! Communication with the owner/manager (and electrician himself), Matthew Giddins, was easy and he was always prompt and clear in his responses.
