Matt visited our home to do an appraisal. He was focussed but took the time to communicate with us so that we understood the options with pros and cons. He also took the time to listen to our wishes and needs. Matt then presented us with a detailed plan/proposal. We then committed to the design and the 3D team turned up at the time available before the change in the battery rebate rules. The 3D team installed the battery and panels exactly as we wanted.
