Jacob is extremely knowledgeable, and his team are the best. His brokerage skills are A1, and anyway they can help you, they will. I recommend them for anyone, from first home buyers to people with extensive property portfolios, looking to refinance or add another property to their portfolio. I’ve used Jacob and the team at Zilch Finance for all my loans and will continue to do so for future loans.
Jacob and the zilch teams have gone above and beyond over the years for myself. My 2 hour drive to meet Jacob was definitely worth it. I will be going them them for any future financing I may need in the future.
