Staff were lovely. Pizza was a bit runny but tasty, Thai salad was yum but a bit light in for a salad at full price. Karaage chicken was amazing!
Loved our birthday lunch celebration at ZaZu. Staff so welcoming & attentive, great menu, food was delicious!! Fabulous dining option for West Village.

Absolutely delicious- everything was great portion, well presented and importantly delicious. We had the beef carpaccio which melted in the mouth, the pork hock which fell apart and when mixed with the divine sauce was a flavour bomb, and completed with the Japanese rice (best ever had). Service had some hiccups but recovered well each time. Definitely will be going back to try other menu options as many looked fabulous
Gorgeous finger licking food in a nice setting with friendly and attentive staff. A great addition to the busy west end dining scene.
Super Tuesday deal great opportunity to try a few things. Food good. We were asked if we wanted ‘still or sparkling’ water. When we tap we assumed it to be tap, that wasn’t the case & charged $24 for 2 bottles of water! This really should have been explained better.
Vegetarian and vegetable food choices was very limited.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends. The food and beverages are inconsistent. My friend and I ordered a lychee martini during our last visit, and when the waiter brought them to the table, I immediately noticed it looked different from the one I had last time. I asked why, and the waiter casually explained that the bubble machine was broken. This should’ve been mentioned beforehand so customers could decide whether to still order the drink.
