Melissa was amazing to work with. She bended over backwards to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible and when things were rushed (due to Christmas closure), did everything she could to make sure our house would be secured and settled in time. Melissa made the loan process streamlined and simple. We didn’t even have pre approval when we found a house we wanted to make an offer on which wasn’t an issue as Melissa was straight onto getting to the paperwork lodged promptly.
