Called the company today to fix a leaking basin tap. James squeezed me in between jobs and did a excellent job for a reasonable price. Price was discussed before work commenced....no surprise inclusions when finished. Replaced everything that needed to be replaced in a thorough and professional manner. No hesitation in using him or the company again if needed. kieren came to my fathers house last week to replace his hot water unit. was very informative and kept us in the loop. left the site clean and tidy, took his shoes off at the door and an affordable price compared to other quotes i had received. will be using for any plumbing issues in the future. I had a problem with a slow draining sink. I had a plumber from another company come out and diagnose the problem. He installed a vent under my sink and charged me $550. This did nothing and did not fix the problem. The company would not return my phone calls so I decided to call your choice plumbers. Reece came out and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue. My sink is now flowing freely. Reece was nice, informative and definitely knew what he was doing. I had a block sewer, & plumber Reece arrived in around 30 minutes. Very polite, helpful & cost effective. Would use them again. Approximate cost: $330
Exceptional service from start to finish. The plumber, James, arrived on time and assessed the issue immediately and provided a no-nonsense quote on the spot and got to work. I've had at least two plumbers in the past to resolve the same issue with no result and James got it fixed within minutes. Can't recommend Your Choice Plumbers enough and would highly recommend James any time!
Hi, I had plumber Reece out to my house last week. I called your choice plumbers as I had a burst hot water tank. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I recieved. The job was rather difficult as it was a struggle to get my new hot water system into place and just as hard to get the old system out. Reece put everything back exactly the way it was before he arrived and I even recieved a follow up phone call a few days after the job was complete just to check that I was happy with everything. Very impressed!
