I was very happy with my session today. I was looking for a long term treatment plan based on previous xrays and my current pain issues and felt I was understood and received helpful advice and treatment. I’m now looking forward to an improvement in pain, health and energy.

Jack was excellent today. I was sore after having a fall on Monday. He just knew what to do to help ease my discomfort and that was being gentle rather than too hard. I left feeling much better.
Jacob has good knowledge and listens to my ailments and finds solutions.
At our meeting, Jack was great. He reviewed my previous assessment with Jacob and we both felt that my fitness has improved at group Physio sessions since then. I am going to start a couple of new exercises which Jack has given me two improve my endurance, especially with standing. Thanks, Laraine Symons
