Had Xtreme install a stereo in car just before Xmas the rear camera starting to have connection issues I call them about the issue was told to come back after the holidays. I took my car in today and now they are saying they want me to spend another $90 to fix the problem!! I was totally shocked that this cable was the solution and why it was not offered me to begin with? needless to say I would never recommend this company for any work as they have blatant disregard for customer service
As much as the sale guy is pleasant . Don’t trust them dropped the car off a 9 and told it will be ready between 11 -12 . Turned up at 11.15 and was told we have taken it apart and just had lunch and getting into it . Much to my surprise he was lying the car hadn’t been touched . Give us about 30 -45 minutes and we will have it done . If I had know it wasn’t going to be Started until 11 I would have drop the car off at 10.30 and not wasn’t 1.30 waiting . Go somewhere and with someone who doesn’t lie .
