I am a tenant through Wilson partners kilmore and had never had an issue. They are always so quick to help us get another house, get a hold of landlord for any issues with the home and have always gotten back to us within 48 hours when rang and left a message. Fantastic workers, keep up the great service and we'll stick with you's even for buying in future. :)

Have approached about long grass only to be treated with total unprofessionalism, sexism, derogatory Managing Director, fence damaged, fire hazard, hence no action done, will not be recommending at all to anyone. Good one Wilson Partners Kilmore!!! Excellent service.....not :(

I have a more suitable business name for Wilson Partners...how about “Nothing But Excuses Partners” or “Incompetent & Unprofessional Partners...” I have been a tenant in a property Wilson Partners manages for some time & I would definitely NOT recommend this Real Estate office if you are a tenant or landlord. Trying to get even the most basic of repairs takes months & that’s after you constantly hound them to get the repairs done. Totally hopeless, would never ever recommend them to manage another property. I can imagine that they probably did a drive by at break neck speed when doing the final inspection before refiunding the full bond rather than actually inspecting the house. I will never conduct business with this agency again, nor recommend it to anyone ever.. DO NOT USE!!!!

Incompetent, unfriendly and rude just about describes my experience with this Real Estate Agent. While my business was in regard to leasing of property, their disregard for everything that is professional, courteous and proper reflects badly on the whole business. I will never conduct business with this agency again, nor recommend it to anyone. A.S.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT... i wouldnt even call them an agent. I listed my property with them, they were rude and un professional from day one. I should have taken it from then but this is my first property and i was nervous and this is all foreign to me. Dont return phone calls or emails. No one knows whats going on or who is handling what. I escalated my issues to the owner and he is ruder and more incompitant than his staff. Would never do business with this company again. Extremely rude in person and on the phone. Will not return your calls and will leave you on hold for over an hour. Wouldn't send though a rent recipt by email even tho they said they would, required 4 follow up calls and ended up having to drive in a get it myself. When vacating the property they wouldn't send though a bond return letter without having to be called multiple times and then having to go into there office to get it . Very rude customer service...i was renting for 2 years and the whole two years had a bad experience with the way the staff spoke to me they never return my calls and when i went in there the reception spoke to me with a really stuck up tone and no manners....disgusting!!

New to Kilmore- Wilson and Partners are useless! DON'T give these people your business. Very unhelpful, rude, won't return phone calls, won't organize inspections... Don't let them put your phone call on hold, you'll be there all day! Pretty disappointed W&P!!
