Essential Plumbing It came as a shock, following the free inspection by Wilco, that extensive plumbing work was required my property and, if not carried out, could mean sewerage not being cleared. A detailed quote and verbal explanation was given of the problem and I decided to accept the quote as long as work could be completed urgently. Great service Prompt and efficient. Completed work within a acceptable time frame. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after the job. Expensive work but we had a sewer problem which had to be fixed and they did it all in time for Christmas.

Outstanding performance My water taps were continously leaking around Christmas time. I had a hard time finding avsilable plumber for my job. I called Wilco Plumbers and they attended to my plumbing needs as soon as they arrived. A new tap was installed and my problem was solved. I will recommend their services to my friends and neighbors.

We thought they were great! Wilco were quick to book me in, answered all my questions and concerns regarding sewer blockage becaue of root damage from an enormous tree. They had a team show up to start working. I liked having the camera inspection before and at the completion of the job. The warranty is an indication of the quality. We thought the price was very comparable to others. They weren't cheapest but not even close to a bigger company we got too. Great customer service from their office too.

Excellent communication I was very pleased with all aspects of this teams service provision. I experienced a large sewerage leak on the Saturday prior to Christmas which they assessed immediately and started to fix on Boxing Day. I was delighted to receive a text late Christmas night confirming that they would be on site the next day. The standard of communication regarding the job was what you hope for and never get. Ongoing problem now fixed permanantly My deteriorating sewer line had been blocking nearly every year with neighbours roots and continually getting "electric eeling" just made matters worse. Wilco's team of professional sewer re-lining experts promptly delivered a permanent solution and now I have the best sewer line in the street which will be here long after I'm gone.

Excellent service Customer booking service was great. Easy to make booking over the phone for suitable time and date. Excellent customer service with contact to let us know plumber was on the way. This was within the specified/requested time window i.e. on time. Andrew the plumber who arrived was an absolute gentleman as well as a great professional.
