I have put off getting dental work done for more than 2 years due to being unhappy with previous dentists. Requiring crowns and other restorative work, I found an ad for Wickham Terrace Dental via Google. Today I spent nearly 2 hours with Chau and her assistant Isobel and had the most complete and thorough examination I have ever had. What an amazing team they are. You cant go past Andrew and his friendly team. Your dental health and overall health are their main focus.You always have full confidence that any work that is carried out is because it is necessary and not to keep the eftpos machine ticking over. Any nerves are soon put to rest. Dr Chow is an excellent addition to the already professional team. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I am not an easy patient and suffer from extreme anxiety when visiting the dentist. On Friday, Andrew gave me 2 crowns, an extraction and a filling. Over 3 hours in the chair, and the whole time Andrew and his assistant made me feel at ease.Thank you both so much. See you in a couple of months :)
Have just finished having an implant - should have had it done years ago, but I kept putting it off. Not a thing to worry about - the service and professional attitude of Andrew and all the staff was amazing!
Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough!! They have done a fantastic job on my teeth regarding several different issues and have made them look and feel better then ever. They are also very sensitive and accomodating for all of their clients and they maintain a friendly and "homely" environment in the office which is another attribute to their professionalism. If possible, it would be 6 stars from me!
Absolutely fantastic dental surgery. Andrew is an excellent dentist with a superb "chairside manner". I've always had a gap in my teeth which I was self conscious of. Andrew repaired some chips in my teeth and closed the gap without expensive or invasive orthodontics. When one of the caps chipped a few months later, he saw me the next day and fixed it with no fuss and at no cost. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Even if you're not based around the city, it's worth the trip to make them your regular dentists.
Fantastic, personalised service. We were greeted by name when we arrived and were treated very well by very polite, professional staff. I would highly recommended this dental firm. A nice change from our old dental practice.
