The whole experience was professionally managed. It’s very helpful to know a time frame and for another message given with a specific time 30 minutes beforehand. Your cleaner arrived on time and started work immediately. He worked very hard on my chair which was very stained. No mess no fuss and no time was wasted at all. Just got my rug back. It’s the rug for the kids room and had stains everywhere so I didn’t have high expectations. Well- it looks like a brand new rug- completely stain free and very reasonable prices. Very happy with the results!
