When I called to make a booking, I was asked a number of relevant questions about our pest issues, pets etc. this was obviously briefed to Tech, Luke, as he was aware of all when he turned up. Luke was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the treatment. Great customer service with friendly and helpful staff. They called to remind me my rental property was due again. Appointment was easily made to my tenants convenience. I was also called on the day to get an update on how it went and to be given some additional treatment options that were necessary and I had the choice to go ahead with them. I appreciated they didn’t just assume and add extra to my bill. I have been using these guys for the last few years and I will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend.
Booking staff very friendly and efficient. Changed my booking and nothing was too much trouble. Jake was the operator who came to do the work and couldn’t wish for a more friendly person. Certainly knew what he was about and this is the 3rd year we’ve used Whats Bugging You. Top job done every time and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
