Purchased a MRF elite cricket bat in December 2017 and last week I cracked the blade from edge and across the back. I called the guys at whack sports and they said to bring it in for full replacement. I was offered same bat back again or if I wanted to change brands they were happy for me to do so. Very helpful and were never hesitant on getting another top quality stick back in my hands. Thanks heaps guys �
