I have had a sore back and shoulder for ages. I went along to West Pennant Hills Physiotherapy and was seen by Madeleine. After only a few sessions I was back to normal.

I visited when I obtained an ankle injury when my normal physio was travelling overseas. I had multiple sessions with little interaction with the actual physiotherapist. I was put on a few machines and made to do a few exercises. Interaction with the physiotherapist was for less than 2 mins as they juggled between clients. My ankle injury was misdiagnosed as I had hurt my syndesmosis and was only made aware when I went back to my normal physio due to lack of improvement. I don't believe the Physiotherapist had any idea as to what treatment she should give me. i had recently moved from Neural Bay where I went to a Physiotherapist who was recommended by a Specialist. He knew exactly what he was doing. i arrived home from my treatment at WPH and my son commented that I looked awful. I would never step inside your doors again
