Sarah is very professional with exceptional knowledge and in particular her attention to body posture that is causing injury and pain was a revelation not ever assessed by multiple other Physios that I have seen in the past.
Very Well Sarah is spot on with personal specific exercises

thing that would make it better is if u could send the invoices out online and we can pay online with A credit card. We used to do it with Sarah and I thought it ran very smoothly The classes are very good. Always a good work out. Thank u
