Really happy with the help Hamish is giving with drawing up a plan for us to follow for our different injuries. He follows what we are doing so he can see that we were doing the exercises correctly.
Service was great, I highly recommend their service. They talked through the results after each assessment in an easy to follow way. I did not enjoy the VO2 Max test as I couldn’t breath though my nose as I normally would when exercising and I think that inhibited my performance slightly. I have recommended the service to friends but would like to see a more comfortable way to measure VO2 Max for athletic performance. Looking forward to improving on the results
Taryn is an excellent masseuse, I would recommend her highly. My appointment was on time & the receptionist was very helpful with my questions. All round it was a pleasant & relaxing visit
I had a great experience and it made me carefree and have a lot of courage thanks to Chris and reception.
Shun was friendly & engaging. Shuns assessment of my knee injury was thorough. Upon my assessment Shun gave my homework assignment of a series of excercises to help me with a speedy recovery
