West Coast Barbell Club is a wonderful place to go if you are just starting out with lifting weights or want to challenge yourself. Ben is an awesome coach and the team are amazing! A few months ago I hurt my back and I was to nervous to go to my local gym and do weights as I didnt have confidence in myself that I had the right technique. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can't recommend WCBC enough - the fact that I'm still going 5x a week 6 months later is all due to Ben and what he's doing. Everyone is super friendly and Ben is patient, knowledgeable, supportive, and counts for me when I forget how to.

Five stars! When I started training at West Coast Barbell Club I had very little experience in any kind of gym, and definitely no weight lifting experience.
