RecommendedI was renting the house at 77 Bold Hills rd, Bold Hills for two and half years from watt realty asply, it was always a struggle to get to the asply team to fix anything in the house and they always blame it on the house owner. Originally this company started off great with our RENTAL. WE rent a home that is maintained by Watt. We were informed of a GAS leak AUG 18th, when a change was made. I turned the bill in the next business day. I got an email later from Origin saying bill was due. IT is now on my credit report! Got an email back from Watt Oct 18, after the original receipt was turned in for US to pay it ...then they would reimburse!!! It is still NOT paid as of today.
