Originally this company started off great with our RENTAL. WE rent a home that is maintained by Watt. We were informed of a GAS leak AUG 18th, when a change was made. I turned the bill in the next business day. I got an email later from Origin saying bill was due. IT is now on my credit report! Got an email back from Watt Oct 18, after the original receipt was turned in for US to pay it ...then they would reimburse!!! It is still NOT paid as of today.
