McKenzie and Theo arrived on time and fixed a leaking shower this morning. McKenzie has done several jobs for us in the past, including replacing a hot water cylinder with an instant gas system and sorting out a gas leak. The work is always done to a high standard, explained well and they make a big effort to get the job done asap.

I had a list of plumbing related tasks. MacKenzie and Theo were prompt, went through the tasks with me, told me the order they would tackle them, and did them all efficiently, politely and pleasantly, as well as the task that wasn't on the list! (There is always one extra :) ). They will be the first people I call when I need plumbers again.
