Catching up with Chris for the first time was a great experience and I gained a lot of confidence in what he was offering in assisting me to sell. Then meeting up with Alex Lefty as an agent then reinforced my decision was the correct one. Auction day was calm and well executed by both Chris and Alex and the outcome more that what I expected. Buying a property in the current market is extremely difficult. We were fortunate to have Matt O'Donoghue guide us through the process.
