I lost a filling/reconstructed tooth while brushing. Tooth remnant could not be saved - extraction followed after a good discussion with dentist. Procedure was virtually pain free and very gentle. Follow up care was well explained and, so far, after 2.5 days there have been no problems apart from understandable soreness around the extraction site.
