Overall consultation and walk through from Rob was fantastic. Product guides and material was excellent and very comprehensive. Honest and sound advice given. The only critical feedback I'd like to provide is between when the mortgage is finalised and the settlement is due. An email about the respective bank/account number that settlement amount is due from would be handy, as I did get a little confused and would've not had sufficient funds in the right account had I not clarified.

I have worked with Rob and Vorteil Financial Group twice now! Rob and his team are exceptional. We had a few hiccups in the final days before settlement and Rob and his team were on to it straight away and made sure that everything went according to plan and that we didn't incur any additional costs.
