The initial consultation was done by Julian who was patient and informative, answering all my questions (no matter how long it took). I was then kept up to date through email and text, on a regular basis. Two men who came to install the solar panels and battery, were professional and very pleasant. The work site was left clean and in an orderly manner. The app was explained clearly to me. Thank you for your care and consideration.

The installation of solar and battery went well, with a second visit needed to finalise connection. The communication with Virtue was great but there was a lack of communication from Smart Energy regarding timing for the second visit meaning Virtue had to come out for a third time because we weren’t home / notified for the second visit. But we made it work and everything is operating as expected.
