Mia the therapist was good. Rooms were very cold and the linen had a pungent chemical smell. Received 4 email reminders and 3 text messages for the appointment. Too much.
massage itself was effective but the massage therapist was 10 mins late to my session so i only got 50 minutes out of what should have been a 60 session
