I had booked here for formal hair so I could make things easier for myself for an important day - biggest regret. So unprofessional and inexperienced, I should of walked out the moment the "stylist" wanted me to have a style she had now just picked instead of the one I had shown at the time of booking, at least then I wouldn't of had my hair damaged, been made late for a formal event and had more time to do a better job myself. The Most Underperforming & Unprofessional Salon in Perth by a country mile ✅ Dandara Ramos is a liar, & a true manipulator & the most incompetent person in the industry on multiple levels. I have 1st hand experience with her in relation to Fake Hair Extensions being used by her & an appalling low level of dispute resolution when dealing with an easy option of a simple refund. Abysmal. Booked appointment for Groupon massage via method specified by the business and provided requested details for the appointment immediately. Turned up for appointment on time and was told there was no booking and they had no record of any communication with me despite me showing them the communication on my phone and that communication to them had been read. Was told “sorry, what more do you want”.
The service was good but my haircut was horrible. He cut all of my hair off even though I asked him not to and didn’t listen to me when I told him to stop. I ended up walking out and standing on the road crying my eyes out because I was so upset and devastated. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he just went and cut all my hair off and didn’t even blend it so now I’m left with a horrible haircuts that is going to take a couple of months to go back to how it was. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, and to my surprise when I arrived my schedule was canceled. That's right, they got me off my booking. I was in the salon the previous Wednesday and I was very poorly attended by the hairdresser (Iza), I asked her to do my hair in a way that I am accustomed to. But she wanted to put the board in my hair. And I'm sure she took me off the Saturday agenda. Be careful when booking, you risk having the booking canceled without notice.
