Would not recommend to anyone! Been waiting a month for our bond back and they said it would only take 3 days. First excuse was the staff was away who does it. It's now been another 2 weeks and they said 'oh we can't process it because you owe us a few days final rent due to the date your handed your keys in' yet they never mentioned that to me as I was unaware of this. Poor service, i had to request maintenance on my property in Parkinson over 20 times before i even got a phone call back. Six months later, stuff not fixes, no one had even been around. Shocking. I could have send them a notice to rememdy on a weekly basis but didn't. The real estate i am with now is fantastic, i have even met my owner, she is awesome....SOOO VERY HAPPY WE ARE NO LONGER WITH 24/7 REALTY
I am currently renting from this company, they are terrible. They don't show up to property openings, they are rude, they hung up on you, basically everything you don't want in a real estate they are. Go to a big company that know how to treat customers and are concerned about their reputations. I have only put a star rating because you have to they don't deserve anything.
