I was so excited to get my hair dyed, until my neck and my ears were completely covered in red dye and they didn’t seem to care. I spent $260 for this and washed my hair 4 times and used micellar water and it was still not coming off. I was referred by a friend to Trilogy and she said they’re excellent so I had high hopes, but this is unacceptable. Booked to get an eyebrow shape. Went in and got upstairs and there was no beauty bed, instead had to sit in a hair washing station against the sink. Then the wax was not warm enough and did not spread on the skin easily. Once done was no mirror to he able to have a look, had to go to the large mirror across the room, and when I left I noticed that there was still some wax on one of my eyebrows.
