Attending plumber was Troy. He arrived promptly at the date and time arranged, and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He carried out the work efficiently and in a timely fashion. The system supplied was as described and of good quality. After he left a small leak became apparent, but after phoning Troy he returned as soon as practicable and rectified the leak. It's only this event that prevents a five-star review. Having said that, I would definitely consider using Trend for any other necessary works in future.
