My wife called them to confirm our appointment date and time as they changed our original date and time. But, the officer hang up the phone without the confirmation. My wife is very upset. So, I need to email to confirm the date and time. Why do we have inconvenience for their poor customer service? We want to stay with Duncan (Not Tranform).
