Dreams do come true Fiona is extremely professional and delightful to work with. She did her best to meet my expectations while providing current market insight to aid my decision in selling my property. I am grateful for her effort in selling the house at an excellent price given the declining market and the property location. I highly recommend Fiona and would definitely return to her for future opportunities.
Communication was sub standard. Knowledge of the market was average. Strategy setting and overall guidance was poor in general.
Business response:
Hi Mohammad, We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the price you got for your property when compared to the price of the property on Dawson Street which sold last week. When we helped sell your property in December last year, market conditions were poorer than they are today. In addition, your property was different in terms of its structure, size, material and position on the street – as such, the two selling prices cannot be compared.
