Mandy and Daisy were helpful from start to finish in the sale campaign. They got us a sale in a difficult market.
I cannot recommend Mandy highly enough! From our very first meeting, her market knowledge and professionalism were clear. She made the entire process of selling my apartment seamless and stress-free. Mandy is incredibly responsive, always keeping me updated and answering questions instantly. Thanks to her hard work and brilliant negotiation skills, we secured a fantastic price that far exceeded my expectations. For an agent who genuinely delivers exceptional results, look no further than Mandy
Coco was very pleasantly greeting my wife and me when we arrived at the property for inspection. She briefed us on the history of the house, patiently listened to what we were looking for, and kindly answered all the questions we had about the house. She also provided highly efficient communications between us and the seller. Coco had demonstrated solid professional knowledge of the real estate market and offered us useful information.Thank you Coco for making the purchase of our dream home.
Hi Tracy and Coco, Thank you soo much for your efforts to secure this sale for us. You've been able to help us get a price that is commensurate of the current market and most importantly, avoid any unnecessary expenses. You really listened to what we wanted and provided sound guidance throughout. That is very much appreciated - thank you! We are relieved and delighted!
Lawrence,is professional, approachable, contactable, knowledge focused. He presented the property and worked with me during the whole process. He continued to communicate and was reachable for anyunknown, guiding and managing both buyers and the sale to a great conclusion. Well done Lawrence - there should be six stars for this, you deserve every one ..

We are so glad we chose Coco to sell our home. Coco was amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly hardworking, energetic, and always kept us in the loop. Her dedication and negotiation skills during the closing stages were impressive, securing us a fantastic result. Working with Coco was a stress-free and very positive experience. We couldn't be happier with the service and the result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coco!
I would like to share my most recent experience with Coco. She is very attentive and proactive girl. She called me after we seeing the property at Eastwood and recommended another suitable house in Epping for us. This one meets all our requirement. She's highly responsive, helpful and professional in our conversation with her and I believe she will become a successful sales agent in short period. I would like her to get recognised for her tremendous effort!
Experienced, professional, understands the market, and works very hard to achieve the best result. Joy is very experienced and really understands the market in her local area. She was very responsive with her communication, but more importantly spoke openly and honestly about what was happening with potential buyers and the sudden changing market conditions.
Excellent agent Tracy Yap and her team demonstrated their professional services when selling my house. I will recommend Tracy to my family and friends.
