Helpful agent Joy was very helpful with our property selling process and keep us updated. She's even replying after hours.
Amazing service, proactive communication and timely updates! I reached out to a few real estate agents to help sell my property but Joy was the first (and only one) to respond. We met up quickly to show her the property and she was able to give her detailed feedback on the place, market conditions and how we should proceed with the sale campaign. Whilst I initially thought the price range was higher than my own expectations, I trusted her expertise.
Mandy is truly a professional agent with strong business acumen who can make the process of buying and selling property moving smoothly. Her astute and professional manner will help to reduce a great deal of worries as you know you are dealing with someone who is reliable and well trained.
Mandy is easy to work with. She's patient, hardworking and responsible, and understands the sentiments of both sellers and buyers. We are glad that we adopt her suggestions in preparing our property for sale. Mandy was always available to answer my questions and provided valuable insights throughout the entire process. Her dedication and expertise made a significant difference, and I am incredibly grateful for her support. She is truly outstanding in her field.

Joy truly lives up to her reputation as the No.1 selling agent in Carlingford. She sold my property after just the second open house—an amazing result! Her deep understanding of the local market was evident from day one. Everything, from property staging to the selling strategy, was expertly prepared and well organized. A special mention also goes to Tracy Yap’s strong customer database, which played a key role in supporting the sale. Joy
