I started with a single consultation and some recommendations for improving my fitness. Two years later, I attend three differently structured classes per week. The team are experts in their field and have provided ongoing encouragement and advice. The group classes are small, creating a friendly atmosphere. Prime mover class fabulous for over 55 Enjoy the class which helps with strength,balance & co ordination important at this age…all the staff professional & friendly. Also can recommend mark & the physio team!! Excellent!!

Megan was great - she listened to how I had injured myself and gave me exercises to do at home which helped a lot. I do plan to come back but not sure how soon.
